SHAÏKO — Restaurant in Bordeaux

We went to dinner at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We do not speak French, so since the first contact (to make the reservation) we have always spoken English. The employee who answered the call (and was the same who served us in the restaurant) was impeccable and polite. In the service, they gave us menus in English and were careful to translate everything they were putting on the plates so that there were no doubts about the ingredients of the dishes. Nora is a new restaurant in Bordeaux, we passed by and saw it, since it looked impressive we decided to try it. It was a GREAT choice for dinner. The owner was so service oriented and gave the feeling that the place is like his baby, making sure every small detail is perfect and that we enjoy the whole time we've been there. Absolutely delicious 3-course dinner!! The marvelous blend of spices and sauces is testament to the delicate palate of the chef! We came in a group so were fortunate to have had the langoustine, the beef tataki and beef bouillon as appetizers, followed by the green curry, the massaman curry and beef tartare.
