SUKI — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Such a lovely find, Suki is small and might be unimpressive from the outside next to a busy road but - how looks can be deceiving. I have been here several time for lunch and each time i’m impressed. the food is amazing, ramen as close as it gets to what I used to eat in Japan. Je suis tombé sur SUKI grâce aux bonnes critiques. J'ai commandé le Tantanmen Ramen.

Malheureusement, je dois dire que personnellement, je n'ai pas autant aimé la nourriture que dans d'autres restaurants comparables à Bordeaux. J'ai mangé beaucoup de plats japonais (y compris beaucoup de ramen), mais celui-ci a été l'un des premiers ramens Tantanmen qui m'a un peu déçu.

Le goût général était bon, mais le bouillon était très léger et pas aussi "dense" que d'habitude. La viande hachée était assez sèche et pas assez assaisonnée.

Cependant, en tant que non-Japonais, je ne veux pas juger la nourriture trop durement ; Il peut simplement y avoir différentes variantes sur la façon de préparer certains ramen.

Le service était convenablement sympathique et l'endroit est en fait très agréable. Peut-être que la prochaine fois, je prendrai simplement le Shoyu ou le Miso Ramen, puis j'ajusterai ma note, même si je passerai probablement à d'autres...

Visited on a business trip for a late dinner. The restaurant was quiet but still a really nice vibe. Food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Amongst the nicest ramen I've had outside of Japan.
