I visited this truffle shop in the summer, which had good references for the quality of its products, but I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. My friends and I asked if we could have a tasting, like other customers were allowed, and we were told that it was only possible if we were going to buy something. From the moment the staff saw us, the attitude was dismissive. I clearly noticed a discriminatory attitude from the staff, who refused to serve us properly. At first, I considered not saying anything to avoid damaging the store's image, but I can't bear the thought of others being treated this way. Everyone deserves respect. It’s sad that, even if the product is excellent, the behavior of the salesperson ruins the entire experience. I was not asking for free food, I wanted to buy (I'm a Latina but also a MD, I have more than enough money it for), I value respect, and it’s hard to understand how a business can tolerate such behavior.
