Best estaminet in France ever. Realy! Not only the food is great and staff very kind, but they even speak english! Ganache au chocolait or scottish eg are just wow. And by the way, their toilets are clean and not small (whats surprising, considering small size of this restaurant). Absolutely wonderful breakfast, some of the best we’ve had - and certainly one of the best in Europe we’ve eaten. We ate the Harissa eggs with chard, shallots, and feta and the flavours were exceptional and well balanced with perfectly cooked eggs and wonderful presentation. The beetroot salmon bagel with dill pickles and capers. Both were exceptional and the staff were very friendly.

Je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction après avoir découvert ce restaurant lors de ma visite à Carcassonne. La cuisine, préparée avec des produits très frais et de saison, est tout simplement exquise et joliment colorée. Chaque plat est préparé avec un savoir-faire exceptionnel. L’accueil chaleureux et empathique de Caroline a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable. Son sourire et sa capacité à s’adapter et à échanger dans plusieurs langues avec les clients touristes sont remarquables. Un grand bravo à nos 2 hotes Caroline et Joao deux passionnés de cuisine, pour leur savoir-faire et leur savoir-être. Merci à João pour son partage de sa cuisine et son goût raffiné, et merci à Caroline pour sa convivialité, son accueil et ses précieux conseils mets-vins. La carte est très diversifiée, offrant des options pour tous les goûts, du sucré au salé, en passant par le salé-sucré.
