Bistro Blasco and cook — Restaurant in Carcassonne

I absolutely love the food the vibes and the people in the restaurant. I still think about it even though it’s been a month. We order the gambas linguine and my oh my was it the best I’ve ever had. The sauce in it was just chef kiss. As My bf ordered the burger which he loved as well along with some white wine which was perfect match. And the warm and friendly staff were just satisfying as well. it was well priced too and the portion was big.. and yet we still order dessert and it was great too. 5 star...

This restaurant delivered beyond our expectations. Service was fabulous with all staff showing exceptional attention. The food was amazing with a gazpacho, a great cheese salad, a wonderfully flavoured local cassoulet recipe and fresh fish with a flavoursome vegetable mix. Wines were great to go with this beautiful meal. And the chocolate cake was cooked to perfection with a soft molten centre!!!! We will definitely return next time we come to Carcassonne. ...

1 1/4 hour waiting for 1 linguini and 1 entre-côtes. The last arrived rare instead of medium and the pasta was less cooked than al dente. Wineglasses you can't see through. The fries were too greasy. Red Wine temperature around 25° c. The waiter told me to calm down when I gave comments on the meat. As a final comment he added he hoped to never meet us again! Had to spit this out ! Close this...
