We can’t thank Susan and Patrick enough for everything they did for us during our wedding week in Carcassonne. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable.

The Celt Bar was not only a great place for us and our guests to gather and celebrate, but it also felt like a home away from home thanks to their kindness and support. They made sure everything ran smoothly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Susan and Patrick — thank you so much for all your help with the wedding and for looking after us so well throughout the week. We’ll always have such special memories of our time at The Celt, and we’re so grateful to you both for being a big part of it.

It's quiet on a Sunday evening, options are very limited. Being Irish I tend to avoid Irish pubs but ports and storms in I went. Nice pub the music had just finished so I had a pint and ordered a cheeseburger. No sign of a kitchen but hey. A very tasty burger arrived and more folk were coming in so I had another drink. A guy with a guitar started and before you know it there was an eclectic mix of songs from Willie Nelson in french to a cranberries homage of Zombie. The best nights are the least...

I went here with a friend for a late night drink on my first visit to Carcassonne. We asked for alcohol free beer and the bartender brought out delicious options. The place is cosy and creates a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of comfortable seating, outdoor seating, friendly staff, good prices and typical Irish momentos. I spotted some books sitting on a shelf and, with the bartenders approval borrowed two to read during my trip. The bar is a super cute and quiet place for a drink any day...
