Chez Pablo — Restaurant in Carcassonne

The most disgusting service, why? At first To eat paella we had to call before going to the restaurant to pay for dinner! We phoned and ordered a meal the day before we went to the restaurant, but when we arrived the restaurant was closed! We called to find out what the problem was, and the problem was that he didn't tell us that we had to pay for the poella before coming to the restaurant (i.e. the day before we went to the restaurant we had to order the food and pay, we didn't pay because the restaurant was closed! The second thing, The opening hours are not correct! It doesn't matter what time we are at, 7pm or 10am, the restaurant is closed all the time!!!! Une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin !

Première visite : le restaurant se vante d’être ouvert 24/24, mais surprise, il était fermé. Passons.

Deuxième tentative : on s’installe, on demande une paella. Réponse ? ‘Ah désolé, il fallait la commander la veille.’ Très bien. On s’organise, on appelle à l’avance, on commande la fameuse paella… et le lendemain, surprise : le restaurant est fermé.

On appelle pour comprendre, et là, cerise sur le gâteau : ‘Ah, mais il fallait la payer à l’avance.’ Sérieusement ? Pourquoi ne pas l’avoir dit dès le départ ? Une gestion qui frôle l’amateurisme total.

À cela s’ajoute une ambiance déprimante et les rares tapas servis étaient manifestement surgelés. Rien de frais, rien d’authentique, rien d’accueillant.

Un conseil ? Fuyez. Ce restaurant est une perte de temps...
