This little unassuming place may not make a great first impression but its food will. Affordable and comforting Asian food that really satisfies.

Had the Cantonese fried rice which was brimming with lots of different meats and most importantly, tasted really good. Their lemongrass chicken dish was full of bold lemongrass flavors. And their shrimp noodles had good egg mee noodles (not the white flat rice noodles) with large pieces of shrimp.

The owner was very warm and welcoming, patiently explaining the menu despite the language barrier. He even reminded me that I might have ordered too much for one person to finish—such an honest and down-to-earth place 😇 Since I was dining alone, the owner kept me company and chatted with me the whole time, which made me feel really warm and welcomed ☺️

We decided to visit here after a walk around the city. We had our 17 month old with us, who was asleep on my lap most of the time.

We had an amazing meal, but the service was brilliant. The owner made us feel incredibly welcome once our toddler woke up (he also loved the food), and made a huge effort to give him some little bits and pieces to keep him happy. I'd definitely recommend visiting here if you like...
