La Sicilienne — Restaurant in Châlons-en-Champagne

Nely served us, and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! She was the only one I would hire if I owned a restaurant. While others seemed not happy or just passing the time, Nely was full of energy, running around to help everyone with a big smile. We were only staying for one night on our way to other countries, but she truly made our evening special! A big thank-you also to the pizza chef, who showed real care by bringing french fries for our kids. The food was great, and the service from Nely made the whole experience...

This place was highly recommended by family and it did not disappoint. The theme of this restaurant is a wagon theme from the early 19th century.

The food was pretty good. My starter did come out a bit charred but it was still tasty. My main dish did not disappoint though I wish I ordered the lamb - omg that was falling off the bone! For dessert I had the Tiramisu and also took a picture of their mint ice-cream dessert. The meal was hearty, the owners were kind and spoke a bit of Italian with us. Overall, it was a good time...

On arrive, on dit bonjour. Aucune réponse. Deux employés parlent devant nous et on attends devant eux en se disant qu'ils ne s'occupent pas de l'accueil...

Au final si, après plus de cinq minutes à se regarder dans le blanc des yeux! On nous dit installez vous la bas. Une table assez sympathique dans un angle. Au final pas du tout sympathique. On est proche du pass dessert. Les serveurs qui parlent de leurs problèmes à côté. Génial.

C'est dommage car l'endroit est vraiment sympa, la nourriture est vraiment bonne sincèrement. Mais le service... et arrivé au paiement. Deux serveuses qui s'embrouillent (ou discute fortement) derrière le comptoir.

Franchement plus jamais mais je tiens à dire que la nourriture est vraiment bonne et je pense que quand on est un habitué, c'est différent, comme la table qui était à nos côtés. Elle a été accueilli avec un grand sourire, des blagues à table.
