Etioca Torréfacteur — Restaurant in Chambéry

We were very disappointed with the Coffee Shop. No warm welcome: we were ignored for about 5 minutes. Even though we were sitting at the counter, right next to the baristas. But it's more amusing to joke with colleagues or enjoy your lunch. By the way, they said there was no more Burrata (or mozzarella), it seems the staff member ate the last one right before our eyes. The coffee was okay, but nothing special. The barista forgot to serve the ordered chocolate, and we had to ask for water too.

The bill was high, my friend was not thrilled, so I recalculated it in my head: they overcharged us by over 8 euros. I had to go back in the rain. The colleagues made jokes about it again: not very professional. For me, it's not fun to chase after my money in the rain. No real apology and, of course, no gesture... They could have easily given a cookie, especially since they were already cleaning up or closing (Sunday afternoon) and several cookies were left.

We won't be coming back and don't recommend this coffee place. Certainly nice and fun if you're friends with...

Wonderful coffee shop! They roast their own beans, so the quality and freshness is delicious. Great options including the usuals like lattes, flat whites, cortado as well as really speciality drinks like cascara. We also enjoyed their food including the avocado toast, salads, pancakes and cookies. We really appreciated the care they took.
