Crepe Stub — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

We had dinner in the terrace, it was hard to know where the restaurant was actually located since the outdoor seats are quite far away from it. I ordered the vegetarian crepe which was maybe the worst I had in my life. Full of dripping vegetables, the crepe under became wet and lost all its texture and crispiness. No taste, no seasoning, no interest. My friend had a Tourte and it was ok, something you could find in any supermarkets' frozen aisle. The first time I noticed this place, I read reviews about it and went away. I couldn't find another place, was hungry and decided to give it a try. The service was excellent and fast. Drinks were delivered immediately and then crepes. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos and ate my first one quite quick. It was delicious. My wife ordered crepe with cheese, it tasted as good as well. I don't know why people complain about the taste and the service. It was all just good as I expected. This place deserves recognition and praise. We bought pancakes from there all of a sudden on the way. Even though we were crowded, we got our warm pancakes without waiting too long. I tried Nutella and Mozzarella. The crepe with mozerell was definitely very successful. I expected the one with Nutella to have a more runny chocolate. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly, the crepes are not pre-made, so they are made fresh right in front of your eyes. I would definitely recommend giving it a chance....
