Great surprise to find a vegetarian/vegan restaurant which was open on Easter Sunday and served a completely vegan brunch. The food was delicious, well balanced and the atmosphere was nice, with good music and a good vibe from the personnel. The only thing I would improve is the verbal communication with the tourist clients, which if one doesn't understand French would be really difficult, as the staff doesn't speak English. A nice, tasty, and inventive vegan dinner, for 2 persons. We had delicious starters, melon soup and a terrine of lentils. This was followed by a levante style aubergini and falafel and a Zucchini composition with different textures and tastes. We finished the dinner with a creamy rasberry dessert. The only minor disappointment to this dinner were the falafel that were a little dry.

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute dans ce petit restaurant situé dans un quartier assez calme mais pas loin du centre-ville. Nous avons été accueillis très cordialement et on nous a présenté le concept et la carte du restaurant. Nous avons opté pour deux formules comprenant entrée, plat et dessert, pour pouvoir goûter tousvles plats du menu. Ce fut une expérience qui nous a ramené aux saveurs et aux odeurs d’autrefois, ceux de la maison, avec des aliments sains et du terroir.
