Boulangerie de la Gare — Restaurant in Grasse

Well well....after eating here almost every week for the last few years, it has come to a point where myself and my colleague can no longer stand the SHOCKING service and POOR attitude from the older lady (that seems to be the manager) treating both staff and clients with no respect.

The only recommendation for her is to be fired and to go on chomage as she clearly has no respect for her customers and doesn't want to encourage business or customer satisfaction.

Unlucky for this restaurant, we have a large network of business and personal connections in Antibes and we will make sure that our network is aware of the poor service from the boulangerie - unless the older women is fired!

Very poor customer service. Returned an item of pastry because it tasted strange-had eaten only one small mouthful but realised the fruit element in it was off.The person who we believed to be the manger accused me of making it up and just through it away in the bin. They offered only a substitute brownie I did not like (Although there were many others priced the same )andrefused to make any refund . When my partner queried what she had done she said you are taking a brownie or nothing else and then touched the brownie with her hand to put it in a box for us to take away . Ill start off by saying the food was ok, but pricey. Beyond that Id look to avoid this place. Im not entitled to believe that a business needs to allow you to use the restroom after eating there. However, when the woman behind the counter says that the washrooms will be open in “10 minutes” and then after waiting the 10 minutes of doing nothing, being told that the washrooms are still “closed” and we can go in “10 minutes” is a joke. The washroom had been cleaned and the door was open, so there was obviously nothing wrong with it. If you dont want customers using your toilet just say that or put up a sign.
