Sushi Cristal — Restaurant in Grasse

Excellent sushi restaurant. As a cook, I enjoy the good food and love discovering new places to eat. Tonight I went to Sushi Cristal and i can confirm now that is one of the best asian restaurant in the region of côte d'azur for the following reasons..first the service,the couple (owners) are really friendly and take care of the clients,after the quality of the food is excellent,made with fresh products and prepared quick in the moment, the chef in my opinion is very talented and has a lot of experience in this area (demonstrated by the quality of the food) and finally it is good value for money.. Ayant vu la note 4.1 sur Google, je pensais que c’était quasi sure de ne pas se tromper. Étant habitué au restaurant « japonais », je pense que celui ci est le meilleur du pire depuis toute ma vie. JE NE LE CONSEILLE PAS sauf si vous avez des goûts de chiotte. Déjà en entrant dans le restaurant on sent que ce n’est pas un vrai japonais. C’était une odeur de cuisine chinoise 😭. Le saumon et le thon avaient un arrière goût amère et pas frais, le wasabi avait une texture et une couleur bizarre, la sauce salée chinoise et non japonais donc une sauce qui n’a rien à voir, la sauce sucré jaunâtre transparent un mélange fait maison, mais je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Je ne suis pas déçu mais la c’est une offense....
