The food was very good and the location as well. However, we had a misunderstanding with the waitress when it comes to our drinks (she was not speaking properly in English): they brought us something we explicitly asked not for. That was fine, we sent the drinks back and we ordered something else. We then received the check and the wrong drinks were in. We still paid, but after paying we kindly flagged to the waitress this was a bit unfair. She then called the owner/barman (not sure) and he very aggressively joined the discussion. He mentioned (using the waitress as translator, as he was able to speak only in French) that it was entirely our fault as the drinks were fine (that is fair, but it was not what we asked for) and because we are not able to speak in French (according to him, only 10% of the French can speak in English. Funny as we were in Antibes, a place strongly visited by tourists). Even if we tried to keep the conversation very polite (also according to the waitress, since we asked her later), he was so aggressive and unpolite that he totally ruined our mood. We just wanted to share what we thought it was unfair and we were attacked by this person. Antibes is amazing and full with nice restaurants, just avoid to go...

Very disappointed! For the New Year ordered a plate of seafood in advance:they kept us for 1 hour! sending us around, a rude attitude, missed our order, and the owners themselves showed themselves more rude and disrespectful with clients then the employees! The daughter of the owner was commenting on how disagreeable are people just in front even if it was totally their fault! The owners have no management of the high demand and all: father and daughter seemed so arrogant.. there were quite serios concerns about the hygiene as well! Employees were smoking just above the seafood, ashes were dropped on products; the dirty papers were placed on the plates with seasfood.. awful! We do appreciate the employees efforts to be good with clients but it is actually the management and quality of processes a big issue. No way will go back to this restaurant and...

Unfortunately, we waited 30 minutes to place the order, and another 30 minutes to serve 1 starter. We didn't get our drinks until 50 minutes. Customers who came 20 minutes after us, received their orders ahead of us. We pointed out to the waiter that we have small children and we have been waiting the longest, and he replied "Yes, I know" and did not even apologize. We ate a starter and waited another 20 minutes. Finally I told the waiter we were leaving and he said nothing. The restaurant has fresh products, the starters were good but they work completely chaotic, they don't respect the time and the customers. My wife asked for how much we would receive the order, because we are with young children and we waited for the waiter for half an hour, she received information ~ 15 minutes, which was completely...

Pro: For a seafood lover, a newbie of oysters, and a non-French speaker/visitor, I had a fantastic first taste of the Normandie Spéciales Utah Beach N°3 oyster, which was unspeakably great. It made me starts doing research and learning more about oyster. I compared it with another place I had dinner the other night in Antibes, and the price here is fair (cheaper), and they open late. Another dish I had was the Savoureuses moules farcies au beurre persillé (Delicious stuffed mussels with garlic butter), and the English translation on the menu is precisely correct, tasty! Cons: As I'm a non-French speaker/visitor, there would be a slight communication issue. I was lucky to get the excellent food by betting on the menu, lol. Service was a bit slow. Parking: Street parking.

A good restaurant to book for a special occasion. Its speciality is seafood. My family booked a table here and we celebrated our new year eve together, we had set menu (entrée, main dish and dessert) Seafood was fresh. I had duck as main dish. I had to ask then to cook twice because I liked it well done but then it was still medium rare 🤨(I was told that French loves to eat duck this way) it also came with ancient vegetables which I don’t know what it was and it tasted like nothing I have ever eaten before so I was not sure if I liked it but so far it’s a great dining experience😉 Service was great and professional. We had a big table with the view on the second floor, the interior design made you felt like you were on a boat. Well I gotta say it’s worth a visit 😉✨

I recently dined at L'Ourson in Antibes and had an exceptional experience. The mussels and seafood risotto were absolutely delightful, showcasing the chef's mastery of flavors and textures. The mussels were plump and tender, perfectly cooked in a fragrant broth that enhanced their natural sweetness. The seafood risotto was a heavenly combination of creamy Arborio rice, succulent pieces of seafood, and a medley of aromatic herbs and spices. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness, leaving me longing for more. The attentive service and charming ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. L'Ourson truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to any seafood lover seeking a memorable dining experience in Antibes.
