McDonald’s — Restaurant in Grasse

Me and a friend of mine ordered a patisserie piece (pan au chocolat) in two different orders, after few minutes a waitress got close to me saying it was not available at all and that they would give me a substitute (croissant) which was 0.20 cent less worth, so I asked if I could have a refund of that amount of money and she said yes. I received in a paper bag two croissants thinking it was for me and my friend both so we took one for each. then I went to head of the restaurant and complained about the 20 cents refund and she spoke to the waiter who served me who said that she already told me that my refund was a second croissant. after 10 minutes my friend received his order and got the pan au chocolat. so I went once again to talk with the head trying to get the pan au chocolat and she started to tell to her employees in a extremely rude way that I deserved nothing more (as long as I got, since I don’t speak french) and they treated me like I was a thief. at the end, the communication was extremely poor because the staff speaks very little english and the head of the restaurant is extremely arrogant. the cafe is open until 18:00! :( why?! the food is not hot:( not testy. the choice is not rich. There are no drinks in bottles, everything is in cups:( no juice, no tea, no mineral water:( and VERY SLIPPERY floor!

I waited 22 minutes for my order. The sandwiches were cold. Moreover, I waited 22 minutes for only the first part of the order and another 3 minutes for the drinks to be brought. The servis was Awefull, at least in what i know From McDonald's From Germany The Tablets for Food ordering didn't worked, and when we found one and Made Out ordering, we Had to reorder at the checkout, because we wanted to Pay with Cash, eventhou the Option to Order in Tablett and pay Cash was an Option on the Tablett. When the Food came We has a wrong Order.

Also, complitly about French McDonald's in compression to German ones, they have way Less Options, only two souces, and are Bit complicated...
