O’Tacos Antibes — Restaurant in Grasse

This is an updated review as I came today for tacos. They have greatly improved. The staff is much better behaved. They clean up after every customer and the tacos are tastier. Excellent job on improving the service!

Review from July: I've been coming here for more than a year and have always been more than satisfied. However, the people working here have changed and these past few weeks have been absolutely terrible. The o'bowl barely had any chicken in it. The servers completely ignore you, they do not want to help, and have deplorable hygiene. If the order does not come up on the screen (and they do not work properly) good luck getting your order. The ginger-curly haired girl should get fired for her rudeness and the way she behaves towards customers. She completely ignores you, even though you are waiting in front of the register for more than 10 minutes. She talks to customers like they are below her. Extremely unprofessional and is a reflection her intellect. The other girl working, today, behind the counter came to clean the tables- she wiped the tables with the same rag that she wiped the trash bin with. Disgusting. She then proceeded to ignore the bag of trash lying outside- not to mention completely disregarding the tables outside. For some reason the machines for ordering have not been working properly for WEEKS. This makes it difficult to order as the incompetent and rude workers do not want to help you. Absolutely horrible. Don’t go!! They left our food on the counter for 15 minutes while we watched it and then asked our number and said it was ours. I don’t know about the kitchen but the two girls working on Thursday the 29th of November at the counter were not at all interested in anything except talking to each other

After about 15 minutes of the food sitting there they asked if this was our number which hadn’t moved from the preparation to the pick up on the screen. All the while they saw us just standing there in a very non busy atmosphere.she said there a computer glitch so the number wasn’t called. Well are we just suppose to know that it was our turn by clairvoyance !!

One girl said she called out number. She had not. And. Then said it’s still warm.

It’s a terrible place. Don’t go there. Not sure why they hire these incompetent girls that don’t know what they are doing and only there to gossip amongst each other.

Again. Don’t go!! Counter staff too rude. Food is tasteless and obviously the kids...

Really pleasant experience here. Sitting inside there is no smell as others have mentioned. The servers frequently open the doors to let air in and wipe the tables as soon as someone finishes. The hygiene is top-notch. I have been coming here for a while and have received huge tacos for the price I am paying! There is never a lack of ingredients, I feel like I eat for 7 families here :) The servers are always super nice, and when they make a mistake they always make sure to fix it with apologies.
