The night before coming here, I intentionally searched on google for a good place to have the last breakfast of our vacation. I needed a good coffee and this place sounded like they had it!
We stayed in JLP, decided there wasn’t anywhere I liked near there so we packed up our hotel room EARLY, took the train to Antibes, walked 10 minutes from the train station just to come to Cha Bothé. It was very hot outside so when we arrived, I was happy to see there were OPEN tables inside out of the sun.
We are greeted and immediately told, we are only allowed to sit outside??
Due to having a train to catch and not enough time to look for another place - we sat in the steaming hot sun, with the construction workers outside of an empty restaurant.
The food was pretty good, there was a bug in my fruit but I don’t even fault them for that because they source from the local market and that can happen sometimes.

The food was amazing , the french toast was delicious and the bread they use for the toasts is out of this world. The staff was really helpful, we tried sitting inside as it was very hot , but we had to sit outside first as they had reserved tables. Eventually they moved us inside which made our time even better, we understand that being a small business they want to respect the reservations. Its easy to criticize and demand fast food, so if you want fast service go to your nearest mc donalds then (this is to all the 1 star reviews)..
Ps. The owner has such a cute doggie, it didn’t...
Read moreAs I Write this review I am not exaggerating that this is one of the best cafes in Rivera region. Tucked away in the heart of Antibes, I stumbled upon a charming café that turned an ordinary day into something magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by some of the friendliest—and most beautiful—people I’ve ever met.
The food? Simply amazing. We were served a delightful French toast sandwich, perfectly golden with a delicate balance of sweet and savory that felt like a gentle hug for the soul. The coffee was rich and smooth, brewed to perfection, and the fresh juices added a vibrant, refreshing note to...
