To say that this was potentially the worse dining out experience I have ever had takes some doing. We settled inside, we were told that the empty tables outside were reserved. Fair play though they remained empty for the entire duration of the evening. This was nothing next to what was to come!

My wife ordered a salad. It looked like it had gone though a tumble drier before it was served. My daughter ordered macaroni cheese, however when it arrived it was penne pasta with what looked/tasted like microwaved cheese/cream on top. To say it was bad would be unfair to bad dishes. I raised the issue with the manager, who insisted that it was macaroni. He was so adamant, to the extent that in true Cartesian style I questioned my own existence. Not wanting to make an issue, we left it.

On asking for the bill, our waiter asked if all had been ok. I shared the issue with the macaroni/penne cheese and he duly apologised – they had run out of macaroni! So instead of relaying that, and asking if we’d like to choose another dish, they served penne pasta hoping it would pass as macaroni cheese! Wow, just wow! And there was the manager telling me it was macaroni! I called the manager over again and asked him to remove from the bill. He said he’d reduce it to half price as we had eaten a few mouthfuls. I told him we would not be paying for it, he begrudgingly agreed. I thanked him and he replied, “Don’t thank me, don’t say anything, this is why we hate tourists.” Wow! By now the kids were upset and frightened so we made for the exit.

On the way out I told him he was out of order to say this, he got more aggressive and threatened me . He told me to “f-off” and told me to go round the back for a fight! This was a truly frightening ordeal; my wife and kid were...

I never write review but this experience was so awful the service was the worst service I have ever received, no one checked back to see how our meal was going, and then drinks were accidentally spilt on my friend which is normal mistakes happen, but the server didn’t say sorry or actually anything at all, she just walked off. Then another server just looked at the broken glass all over the floor under our table and didn’t do anything, as it “wasn’t her” and on my friends feet. After 10 minutes we had to ASK for it to be cleaned up as it was right near our feet, it was ridiculous. After asking for my friend meal to be comped one server agreed and then comped the wrong meal, so we corrected them and they lost it, saying that they’ll only comp that even though that wasn’t her meal. Finally they comped her meal but slammed down the check onto the table and very very rudely gave everyone else the card machine without saying a word. After my friend said she wasn’t paying for her drink because she was told it was comped they lost it again with 3 separate servers having a go at my friend telling her they’d call the police and that we got multiple apologies yet only one apology was given very briefly after the glass on the floor issue was bought up. Absolutely awful place for service. Very aggressive. We...

We were verbally threatened by the manager (he had long dark hair) as we left the restaurant after a shocking exchange with him and another waiter. He said, “This is my town. If you want to mess with me then meet me in the back street”. We live here too so it was very unpleasant to hear (not that it should matter if you live in Antibes or not). Before this, we said to the manager the dishes were good but the chicken was dry. The manager instantly responded in a very defensive and aggressive manner and unwilling to understand why we were disappointed. I was left absolutely shocked by how my family and I were treated- I have never been in a situation where I have been treated with such unkindness and a lack of compassion. The manager and waiter were rude to us from the moment we arrived asking for a table and ordering our food. I’m not one to usually write reviews but I really don’t want anyone to have to go through what we went through. What should have been a lovely evening with family turned into an unpleasant experience with the added upset of being threatened to be physically harmed by...

I enjoyed the outdoors seating. I ordered risotto that was well prepared. We were disappointed that they did not have the fish on their menu. We were however disappointed that the Mojito we ordered tasted like sugar water with mint. We couldn't detect any alcohol. We alerted the server and asked if there was any alcohol in the drink.. Strangely and with a straight face he apologized stating they forgot to add alcohol... In all my life I had never heard this before. My friend suggested this might be scam as tourists maybe shy to question the servers about the presence of alcohol in the drink that costs 12 dollar made of sugar water. They did take it and put a tiny amount of alcohol in it that you could barely taste. But it was so awful we couldn't drink it... Sugar water, mint, and a tiny drop of alcohol... Buyer be aware..

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Spain. Very fast service. They speak English. Children were happy with burgers. Fish&chips were also tasty and fresh. Good coffee. I tried tiramisu as well - I liked it. Portions are big. Any course is cost around 15€. Yes, prices are high, but what could you expect from Antibes? I would definitely recommend the place to seat outside and dine and watch people passing by. The only thing I don't understand, why there is no wi-fi? In modern world it's pretty strange.

From the moment, I sat down on my table I got harassed by a middle aged Spanish man. He asked us every two minutes if we were ready to order. He just wanted to get us out of there from the moment we sat down even though their were so many tables available. My food came out great but it wasn’t consistent for others and the food came out at different times. The service was horrible but the atmosphere was amazing. Food was great for me but looked inedible for others.
