another rude experience in France. Why do I keep expecting anything else? I was here in November (off-season) and asked (in French) to try an ice cream before a purchase for a group. You would have thought I had asked for her 1st born child! I am always polite and never expect them to speak English. Ughhh getting so tired of it - I guess their strategy is working - just stay home!

Edit - if you don’t want to give out samples then don’t! Either way, there is no need to be rude. You may think your responses are cute but perhaps you are in the wrong business if you can’t acknowledge that good customer service is just as important...

Oh my god this was beyond delicious! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and have been indulging a lot on food, but this might be the the yummiest thing we’ve had so far. I got the original cookies flavor and I only wish I had gotten a bigger size—small is not enough! It was loaded with cookies and fudge and the texture was to die for. I’ll be dreaming of this ice cream!! I would have taken a pic of my cone but I ate it...

I’m local and I loved this place and I’ve visited it regularly. The seller was everytime kind and I was happy to let tips for this service. But I am very disappointed with the yesterday experience. There was another seller and he charged me 8€ for little pot with 2 flavours. So if you don’t speak good french like me, be prudent and check the change...
