Le Flandre — Restaurant in Lille

We always eat here when we visit Lille. First visit was in 2018, then again in 2019, twice in 2022 and now most recently in 2023. The owner was there every time we visited. His bavette or faux fillet steaks are always cooked to perfection. Four of us are celiac and we've had no problem with the steak and frites which seemed to be as gluten free as you can get in Lille. Terrible service, served chips that were fried too many times to be edible, the WIFI password is 21 letters long, and it was written with poor handwriting (not user/customer friendly) and when asked for help from the waiter, he had to smoke a cigarette first before serving us. Just terrible in all way, not even the food saves it, maybe coffee is ok....
