Le Palais du Dragon — Restaurant in Lille

We went for lunch buffet on a weekday. For the same (or less) price of a burger meal elsewhere, the buffet was a nice change from most menus in tourist areas. Of course, the quality of the ingredients were not high-end, but everything was tasty. There was nothing I tried that I did not like. Even the desserts were decent (at home, they generally are a collection of sugared cardboard). Service was welcoming and very friendly... beautiful smiles on all the staff. I visited this place multiple times. During the weekend I find it too expensive, and the quality of the food was lacking (I would give 3.5 stars). However, I have to say I am impressed with the Monday-Friday deal. The price is 30% lower, and the food was fresh and tasty all the time, which is not always true about buffets. The waiters were refilling the buffet constantly, and everything I tasted (pork, chicken, meat, sushi) was fresh and delicious. Give it a try, from Monday to Friday...

We came late in Lille and entered the restaurant a half hour before closing. They said it was no problem. We had the left overs of the buffet and many dishes were finished. But we had to pay the full price. I paid for my daughter 9.9€ And 3,90€ for a drink. 14€ for a child of 3 that ate only a bit of rice and chicken was to expensive.
