Standing outside the restaurant, I can't see what's inside as it's all blacked out. I guess that's all part of the experience as it's a blind tasting restaurant that's supposed to surprise you. The decor and ambience are very minimalist, which I like as there's no distractions and can focus on the food.

You have the choice of a 3 course or a 5 course menu and we chose to have the 5 course which I recommend for the full experience and also because I don't think a 3 course would fill up most humans. I really didn't know what to expect as there's no menus, so every dish that is served is a surprise and the menu is changed every week. The chef is really creative with his cooking and knows how to make delicious sauces to compliment the dishes. The standout was the duck, which was cooked to perfection and the chicory with the cheese sauce, which was not overpowering and blended well together. We were lucky that we didn't have to book a table, but it's recommended to book via SMS. However, I do think it would be easier for some people if they took bookings via email. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely visit here again when I next...

I don’t get the hype. We arrived 5 min early to our dinner reservation, it was the start of the service and the door was open so we got in but the lady who came to see us wasn’t glad about it, still she let us sit but we felt a bit awkward. Overall it was a curious experience but for me most of the food had a bitter overpowering smoke taste. I think it’s expensive for what we got.
