We chose a different fixed price menu each. I chose the €45 my wife €32. May be I just chose a bad selection but my squid was pretty tasteless and my cod whisky itself very well cooked was served simply with three quenelles of what could only be described as very dry coarse puréed peas. Definitely missing something. Staff were very pleasant but we never received the water we asked for, may be because we only wanted plain old tap water. Stop-over in Honfleur and booked an outside table at this delightful restaurant 'off the tourist harbour front'. Probably our best culinary experience in France to-date and received such a warm welcome from the owner, which says everything about this place. So glad we booked, all around was empty yet the place was buzzing with locals. Nothing was too much trouble and seafood was amazing, good veggie alternatives and would return to Honfleur just to revisit this restaurant.... You won't be...

Excellent dining experience! All the staff were exceptionally friendly. The dishes are traditional but elegant and elevated without being over the top. The steaks were a bit fatty, but delicious regardless. Prime rib for two is recommended if you can share. They are served with peppercorn sauce or butter.
