This is a great spot for some local, artisanal beers. They have several unique flavors on tap and we enjoyed most of them. They offer flights, small 33cl pours, and full pints, so you can choose your weapon of pleasure to try as many as you want.

The food they offer is decent for her food and it comes out quick. The fries are pretty good. What they call a burger is really a pulled pork sandwich, but it is good nonetheless. The tacos are tasty too. The chips they serve are just okay, so I suggest the nacho fries instead of traditional nachos. They have a kid quesadilla too, that my daughter loved.

Finally an American-style microbrewery in France! I moved here several years ago and have always missed the West-Coast breweries. Not only did I miss the complicated and pleasurable tastes of the beers, I missed the ambiance of sitting in breweries where you can see the brewmaster doing their thing while tasting a flight of beers. American style micro brewery just off the Main Street in Amboise. Really friendly owners with a great selection of beer. Managed to grab a late lunch (a delicious charcuterie board) after the more touristy cafes had stopped serving. So good we popped in again the next day whilst out cycling on the Loire valley.
