AVOID AS NON FRENCH - Awful service: met with rudeness from the staff and the owner after we waited a little while and asked for a specific table with sunshine, was told by one waiter it's a table for 6 and there are 4 of us (which is understandable but then offered a table for 8 being split - the tables are for 2 people each so can easily be split which they then proceed to split for the next table of 4). We were given the table we wanted that was split by someone else. They provided us water but didnt take any order for drinks or meals though tables after us were served. After 45 minutes of being actively ignored (eye contact avoided actively by the waiter who was serving to the extent he fidgeted with the plates.) 2 tables were cleared in this time, the tables who came after us were allowed to place orders and even got their food before the wait staff even looked at us.
All of us from different countries remarked having NEVER been treated in this manner, suggest there is no table but no point offering a table with no service.
As probably one of the few non white people I saw in this town it did feel as though we were being discriminated against for being non...

It was the most crowded restaurant and had a very reasonable prix fixe menu at €16.50 and we hadn’t a bad meal in France yet. This was the first unfortunately.
First, you have to ask for prix fixe menu or you get the standard one at €23. My terrine de sanglier was ok, too chunky for my taste but I have never had sanglier before. My companion’s soup was inedible! It was waaay too salty and honestly tasted like the rinse water used to wash vegetables.
Then I ordered pork but received the beef. It didn’t feel worthwhile to change it, given the quality so far. It was underwhelming - mushy, tasteless shredded beef - as if every drop of bullion had been wrung from it - covered with mashed potatoes and decorated with burnt waffle chips. The crowing glory was the salad that was garnished with carrot skin peels! A first for me!
Avoid this place like you would a bucket a slops, thrown on a medieval street! Oh, the waiter was friendly and did ask how we...

We were hoping to order quite quickly yet it was rather difficult to get the attention of staff. Understandably there were difficulties between French and English however, the waiter created an intensely, confusing situation for my friend when she tried ordering the “sausage” with potato gratin. The food did arrived promptly. 3 of the beef pieces (steaks) weren’t cooked as ordered (well overdone). The sausage was not edible; all seven tried it to confirm… To close the affair, yet again, the staff were impossible to get hold of to provide the bill. Of which one waiter mocked us when we asked to pay, pointing we should go inside (despite never telling us that)....
