The owners (and their friends) are some of the nicest people I've ever met! My daughter and I were delayed due to the transportation strike and ended up hanging out at Le Kiosque for two hours while we waited for a taxi on New Year's Day. It turns out that today was the owner's birthday and we were included in all the festivities from delicious appetizers to several bottles of champagne.
