Raw chicken, got butterflies in my stomach! I ordered the crispy chicken wrap, it looked fine at the beginning but then I felt doubtful about the chicken being still raw not well cooked. I reached the half of the sandwich and then i bit the really raw chicken. Its crispy and gold from outside and raw from the inside. I went back to the staff and let them know, the lady didn't say a word but took the sandwich and went inside. The staff started laughing and she gave me back the same sandwich but they replaced the chicken from inside! I ate back the sandwich and i found out that even the new chicken is still raw. Je passe une commande avec mon mari , je précise c’est la 3 ème fois que je viens et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis !

Une fois ma commande passé je vois que les boissons ne sont pas celles que j’ai commandé je demande à changer mais il n’y a pas la bouteille d’eau que j’avais commandé, je leur demande de me rembourser et l’employé je précise jeune m’envoie balader d’un signe de la main , un de ces collègues arrive et me dit qu’il vont me rembourser, super ! Je dis a la vendeuse qu’elle n’aurait pas du se comporter comme ca et que j’étais dans mon droit de demander le remboursement de la boisson .

Je vais m’installer , le bip de la commande sonne, mon mari se lève pour aller chercher la commande et la vendeuse commence à lui balancer des choses négatifs sur moi et lui dit explicitement de venir me le dire. Ce comportement est inadmissible, je ne tolère certainement pas le manque de respect, et vouloir faire des problèmes là où il n’y a pas. Il y a un problème de recrutement car je n’ai jamais ce souci nulle part et à vrai dire je n’ai même pas les mots pour qualifier ça.
