Cafe du Nain is a gem! The food was excellent esp the chicken with the wonderful tarragon sauce. The taruff (cheese) with a light perfectly dressed salad was excellent too. Whatever you do, do NOT miss the warm chocolate dessert with a light cream sauce. It was the best dessert we've had in the 2 weeks we've spent in France.

The best food we ate during our time in Lyon. We chanced upon Cafe du Nain on our first night in Lyon and enjoyed the food so much we returned for dinner on our final night. Excellent, friendly service and delicious food and wine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, menu was really good with options from starter+ main, main+dessert and all 3 for set prices! Food was excellent price was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely with nice colours and pictures on the walls! Definitely will be back in the future.
