Fresh, aromatic, and tasty is what I would describe the Flammekueche that we ordered. There are good vegetarian and vegan options. Wide variety to choose from the drinks menu. The ambiance is good. Staff is very supportive, attentive, and courteous. I would highly recommend the place.

C'était vraiment cool de découvrir une pizzeria allemande qui vend Flammekeuche (pizza d'Allemagne). La cuisine: 7 - Les deux pizza étaient savoureux, les deux étaient très fraîche, crémeux, mais pas trop lourde. La bière était en fait la meilleure bière que j'ai goûté jusqu'à présent. Légère, aromatique, et rafraîchissante. Le service: 6 - J'étais content avec le service, le serveur était poli et en gros j'ai rien à redire. L'atmosphère: 6 - Il y avait la musique calme et pas grand monde, mais aussie j'y ai mangé le midi en semaine alors peut-être qu'il y aurait beaucoup de monde à un autre moment.

Food was tasty, a bit pricy, 12.9 eur for flamamenkuche but ok it is the center of Lyon. Location is great, service people are friendly, they do speak English. I went to L'Alsacien with my family this summer. I cannot express how amazing the entire experience was! The atmosphere made it feel just like we were in Strasbourg.
