Loved this joint! Our second dinner in Lyon and far outshone the first, reviewed separately. We ordered the Lyonnaise salad (far better than another version we had elsewhere) and the beef marrow with grilled bread (special) as starters. Mains were the suprême de volaille à la sauce vin jaune and feuilleté de boudin noir. As for the chicken: worth ordering for the sauce alone. And for fans of blood sausage (I know, we're a minority) - this dish can't be beat. Dessert was oeufs à la neige; wouldn't waste the calories next time but try the cheese instead. Wine: a delightfully funky natural Beaujolais. We went on a Sunday night, when many other "name" places close, so reservations were essential. Really can't say enough about this place. It's mega-charming, and tiny - seating is very close so you will get to know your neighbors whether you want to or not. Overall fantastic vibe. Dunno if we'll ever come to Lyon again but if we do we know where to go. NOTE: the restaurant's web presence isn't as polished as some others; do NOT be swayed by this. These guys delivered us an experience that was memorable for all the right reasons.
