This is the second time I have been to this establishment and my experience has been as good as the first. On the one hand, it is worth highlighting the attention, kindness and respect of the staff, who have always been friendly and helpful without being insistent. We are big fans of Lindt Chocolate and were delighted to visit and shop in the store. We made a big buy and left the shop only to realise that 2 of the chocolate bars we selected were accidentally Noir (dark) instead of milk chocolates bars. We went back to the shop 3 minutes after we finished the purchase as soon as we figured out the mistake and asked the sales person to replace the dark chocolate bars with milk ones. We were surprised by his refusal to replace the products even though we left the shop 3 minutes ago. The policy according to him is that there is no refund or replacing goods. We were very disappointed and will never buy our chocolates directly from Lindt shops...

Un magasin irréprochable avec une merveilleuse décoration de Noël et des chocolats d’un goût unique avec un large choix. Cependant le service est plus qu’à revoir selon une certaine vendeuse. Étant moi même en vente, j’offre le même service à tous les clients ce qui n’est pas le cas de cette vendeuse. Sous nos yeux, elle fut très agréable avec une cliente juste avant nous et lui a même proposé un petit cadeau d’un chocolat offert pour la route, ce n’est pas grand chose mais c’est un geste qui est très apprécié au vu de la conjoncture actuelle. On attendait notre tour avec impatience mais la douche froide quand avec nous elle fut beaucoup moins agréable et souriante. D’abord nous avions pris des chocolats en vrac mais dans deux sachets différent pour ne pas les mélanger. Sachant que le prix se fait au poids, et qu’il y a des réductions de 10%, 20% en fonction du nombre de gramme, je pensais qu’elle allait peser les deux sachets ensemble pour faire bénéficier au client du meilleur prix, mais non elle a fait l’un à la suite de l’autre. Et pour le cadeau pas la peine de nous demander quel parfum on voulait puisqu’elle ne l’a simplement pas proposé, et l’encaissement fut expéditif. Bien dommage sachant que la cliente avant nous sous nos yeux a eu un traitement bien différent du notre. C’est un métier au combien difficile mais tous les clients doivent être traités de la même manière et ne pas faire de différence sur l’âge ou bien d’autre...
