Since we've tried it in Paris and we've had a great experience, we couldn't miss the opportunity to try it in Lyon as well... And we'll never come back here. Our dinner started with an accident by the waiter, she spilled all our beverages on us, breaking glasses and wetting all our clothes. Now, we do understand it was an accident and we're not blaming the waiter, but she barely apologized, insulting his colleague instead, accusing him of putting too much weight on the tray. Luckily they allowed us to change table, brought us new drinks and our dinner got really started... And we wish it never did. First of all, you cannot speak to the customer in a way that gives orders. Speaking politely to customers is a universal rule, no matter whether we are in France or not. Since we were brown English-speaking people, she easily labeled us as uncouth. Also, the "cleaned" tables were not "spotless" either. You must give up your arrogance and...
