An excellent selection of sandwiches and food for lunch, and an equally excellent selection of French pastries with tea and fresh coffee in the afternoon. Very few other places have such a lovely dining room for “eat in”, especially in the afternoon when many places are closed, and such excellent selections. We visited Au Printemps many, many times over the past 20 years without ever knowing it was there...

The best thing about this place is the excellent service provided by David and Miriam. They are so attentive, kind, patient, and very efficient. David served us with a smile on his face and he was patient with our horrible French. The minestrone soup was delicious, the quiche, and the salad we had were all very good. Thank you David and Miriam for making our lunch visit...

Bonjour Étant fidèle cliente du Printemps je me dois de vous rapporter les faits suivants : Vers 16 h 15 ce jour je me rends au 4eme puis je décide de me rendre au toilettes. Je demande l'autorisation à un homme au bar ( Pignol ) qui après avoir rechigné me dit d'y aller en grognant que ce sont ses toilettes pour les clients de son bar. Les toilettes étaient dans un état répugnant et je lui dis que ce n'est pas très propre. Il me répond mot pour mot : « prend une pièce de 50 Cts et va au 3eme » Et ils ricanent avec son collègue. J'ai 69 ans et je trouve ce comportement désastreux. De quel droit il se permet de me tutoyer? Quel manque de respect !!! J'avais mis de côté des produits au rayon Clarins et j'avais vraiment l'intention de ne plus à acheter mais par correction envers la vendeuse j'ai fait l'achat mais avec regret. J'en ai parlé à la manager Mme Richard mais je vais certainement dorénavant faire mes achats ailleurs. C'est de cette manière que sont traités les clients chez vous ? Ce n'est pas très sérieux.
