I would say the experience was 5/10, mostly because of the service. All of the waiters were nice to us except one. She didn’t even look at us while communicating. She let some liquid from the food drip onto the table while serving and didn’t say sorry, probably because she wasn’t even looking at what she was doing. While I was still chewing my food and my plate wasn’t empty yet, she came over and asked if I had finished eating. Can she observe before checking with the guest? And in the end, after clearing the table, she hit it like she was always in a rush to do something else.
I feel like she didn’t want to serve us. If that’s the case, please let someone else do it. I didn’t feel welcome at all by her, and that feels rude to me. I don’t know if it was because we’re Asian, or because it was close to closing time, the restaurant was still full of guests at that point, or maybe she was just having a bad day. They even forgot to bring chili sauce until we asked for it, which is an important accompaniment for bibimbap. If a guest didn’t know about Korean food, they would’ve missed out on something authentic.

Read moreI came here around 7pm at night on a Monday night. When we arrived, the hostess asked us if we had reservations and we didn't. We were still able to be seated immediately. This place has nice decor. It was dark, it felt like an intimate dinner and it was clean. Service was fairly quick. My partner and I ordered the bulgogi and the pancake. Both were pretty decent. The rice was a little dry though. I'd recommend this place if you're craving some Asian food in Lyon. The only issue we had was they really skimp you on the kimchi. They originally gave us a tiny bowl with about 5 pieces of kimchi. We asked if we can get more and the waitress stacked about maybe another 3-4 pieces on top. We asked for some more later after we finished and she gave us a stare. We ended up getting charged 3 euros for Kimchi. I guess I'm spoiled with the Korean restaurants in the Bay Area where they give you a large amount of Kimchi. Overall the food was decent, but...
Read moreAmazing Korean place and our best dinner experience in a very long time. Every dish was perfect, the staff was super friendly (and english speaking) and the interior was beautiful woth nice korean details. We started with Mandu - vegetable dumplings, and fried glass noodles with vegetables. Both were very tasty, perfectly sized and served on beautiful dishes. For the main we shared a chicken teriyaki with rice which came on a sizzling plate with small sides of kimchi, broccoli and sesame fried potatoes - the teriyaki sauce was the best we have had in years, not too sweet, not too smoky, not too spicy - just yummy. For dessert we ordered fried bananas with vanilla ice cream, and even that was excellent with real vanilla ice cream and perfect consistency in the bananas. At the end even the chef said hello, now what more can you ask for? Perfect all the way from A to Z, and we will definitely be...
