Okay, so we got so disappointed by the staff and the service. Snobbish place with no proper service! As I will turn 40 in two days, my mum decided to give them a call ahead hoping they would decorate my plate for the dessert. The staff told her that he had no clue as they never celebrate birthdays... As we enter, we are not greeted and I am the one who opens the doors(the other clients were luckier!). Our coat were not taken away. It took two long hours for a mini starter (I was unlucky to get a hair on my lobster and I was told oh yeah! I can see it!!!!) The main dish was for me fish and shells( I felt the sand) my mum had a steak. Dessert was not remarquable but worse was I asked for a glass of champagne and they forgot it. Very nice restaurant with a beautiful garden that is well decorated for dining. Took the chef’s menu comprising of 5 dishes. First entrée and dessert were excellent and the rest was good, not exceptional. Service was good but not quite at the standard for a fine dining establishment. The waitstaff need be more attentive. Smoking was a real problem here. As they allow smoking while dining, our experience was ruined by two tables of chain-smokers. In an upmarket place I’d expect there to be no smoking at the table but a little corner designated for smokers that is away from diners. Un déjeuner réseau improvisé dans ce restaurant, je découvre un restaurant qui à entièrement été redécoré par son nouveau propriétaire. La couleur du chic et sophistiqué est clairement affichée, un voiturier à l'entrée du parking, et un personnel typé grande maison et en abondance. Un service de qualité et de proximité c'est toujours agréable mais si pour moi le trop peut être parfois un tout petit peu oppressant pour l'expérience. Un menu du jour gastronomique à 22€ (entrée/plat ou plat/dessert, ou 26€ pour la formule complète, mais pour 3 ou 4€ de plus par rapport aux restaurants traditionnels, vous vous offrez une table, c'est une belle proposition ! J'ai testé les poissons et c'était une belle proposition sur le plan gustatif et belle percheron aussi, même si j'aurais apprécié un petit effort sur le grammage des portions. La carte des vins est très fournie, les amateurs pourront se délecter comme les budgets plus raisonnable. #GLG je recommande cet établissement, je pourrais y revenir dans d'autres circonstances pour tester le menu gastro plus complet(45€) et la créativité de l'équipe en cuisine, bravo pour le cadre et...
