Either the previous ratings are fake or the hostess ais the reason. We went there. The hostess was absent. The host was late. we didn't care, as long as the food is good. Unfortunately some items were seasonal and not available. Of all the available items, we ordered sczchuan cool noodle, disappointing as sczchuan people use specially processed noodle with heavy alkalined noodle which is more slippery , more yellowish, more chewy. this is not. Since noodle is the core, if you can't provide this type of noodle, you would rather not provide this cool noodle. We ordered rice noodle with sour soup, that requires wild tomato and litsea oil. If you don't have litsea oil then the rice noodle will not have that flavor. The dumpling with chili oil is way too salty but no chili oil at all.the today special Benton box is not good rice being fluffy. I did check reviews before. I feel either this restaurant is a bluff or as I can imagine the hostess being absent is the reason. I hope they can improve. This is way below my expectation and contradicts...

The best and most authentic Chinese comfort food on my France trip. We had rice noodles, which tasted just like what I eat growing up. The noodle itself is fresh and of high quality, unlike in some other places that could be plasticky and overly chewy.
