I honestly struggle to find the words to describe our experience. I am going to summarize it simply by saying that we do not understand how they ended up overcharging us for two orders (starter and dessert). We want to believe that it is just an unfortunate misunderstanding, but the truth is they explained to us at the time of payment (and not when we ordered) that "plat du jour" is the dish served in the morning. I understand the language and cultural difference, but I am deeply disappointed that there was not the slightest effort to correct us (if "plat du jour" is not the "dish of the day" like in the rest of the world) just to take €10 extra from us. It is worth clarifying that we left without saying a word, because when we even hinted at our complaint, the waitress began to nervously clarify that it was basically our fault. Unbelievable. If I pointed exactly at the menu with my finger, and it is allegedly served during the morning only, mentioning it at that moment would have saved this bad review and all those that will come in the future, for sure. Amazing flavors, friendly staff, plenty of options! I am not a big meat eater but they have a fabulous vegetable option. Unfortunately, the flavors can get redundant when all you eat is just one option. But the portions are HUGE and filling. The ‘brick’ is a fried like crepe with cheese and meat fillings.
