La Ola — Restaurant in Marseille

Dinner at La Ola was amazing, we had a wonderful evening! The wine list was extensive and we were unsure on what to get and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as really kind (and always came with more bread which we really appreciated!!). The area is super vibrant and nice, and we recommend eating outside. The food was REALLYYY good and the flavours were all incredible, even if the dishes were simple. I can’t wait to be back!

First of all - if you want to eat here, and you really don‘t want to miss this incredible food explosion, better get a reservation. The place was fully booked when we were there, and that is for a good reason… absolutely amazing dishes, a beautiful blend of perfectly selected and high quality ingredients and amazing service; the waitresses were so nice and friendly. What a great experience! A thoughtful and really well rendered menu. Service was great and really helpful. I know their menu is always changing, but the lamb pasta, the mushrooms, and the fried zucchini flowers were exquisite. Critiques are minimal, their caipirinha is not quite right, but it was still delicious.
