I dont know what you’re doing now, but drop it and come eat here. You wont regret it. I stumbled upon this place as I was planning on eating across the street from it, but they were out of food, 1hr after opening. So starvingly, I walked into Laté.
I speak 0 french, but understand a bit of it, they speak 0 english, but maybe understand it? Aaaanyhow... the food... it’s AMAZING.
From what I understand, they change the menu from day to day. I had something called Tatin de rouget as a starter, it was to die for. I dont know how they prepared the tomatoes in it, but I swear Im drooling just typing about them.
As a main course I had the steak and polenta, it was delicious, light, almost melting in your mouth.
The desert... there was no more room in my stomach for it, but I made room. I wasnt gonna leave without desert, and I have 0 regrets.
The meal was decently priced, I 100% will come back.

Service is also good and quick, and very friendly (and speaking really English, not like in many French restaurants, they claim they speak and in the end it appears they can say few words only). quiet place ,...
