Members — Restaurant in Marseille

We visited here whilst on holiday in Marseille, keen to try some good wine and cheese during our trip. We came across Les Membres on a quick Google search and after reading the reviews we knew we had to go! We decided to share the large mixed platter accompanied by a few different wines (rosé, Loire Valley red, beaujolais) all of which were fantastic.

The food was lovely; a selection of charcuterie and generous pieces of cheese served with a couple of chutneys (the fig was superb) and of course, complimentary bread. After a hot day, this was more than enough between two of us though we would have loved to try some of the tapas dishes. We were recommended the Muscat to pair with dessert which was delicious, as was the panna cotta and tirimisu.

We spent a lovely evening here - sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere on the well-styled mezzanine, with welcoming and friendly service to boot! Our French isn't the best but Allison was patient and helpful and we enjoyed a beautiful meal nonetheless.

This Restaurant is great to have variety of tastes in one plate! You can order a basket with a specific theme, like on the picture the one sea themed basket. Which then gives you a variety of sea tastes with some bread. But this more an Aperitif place and something were you can expect to have a huge plate of food! Very nice wine bar with some tapas options available!
