A smallish beach of pebbles close to the nice town of Cassis. No shade and was very hot when we visited. It was difficult getting into and out of the sea due to the painful pebbles, so swim shoes are a must. A small bar serves snacks and drinks, and there is a larger bar on the road behind the beach. Read moreSmaller more pebbly beach on the far left of Cassis. You can hire a sunbed for €30 each a day and there’s a bar right there for drinks but all fairly pricey. The water is clean and there are lifeguards right there so safe for smaller children playing. It’s large pebbles though so quite hard to walk on. There’s parking right behind the beach and a few restaurants just on the road behind it. It gets very crowded though so be prepared to either pay for a bed or grab a small spot to put...
