I arrived here at a little after 10:00am local time and ordered a “spicy seafood udon,” which was advertised in a poster as having various forms of seafood (shrimp, salmon) and udon (not ramen) noodles. We were the only customers at the time. When I ordered this at the register, the cashier went to the premade soup section and picked up a premade version of the soup and handed it to me. That was my only choice. I tried eating several bites of this noodle soup, but the noodles were so soft from sitting in the broth for hours and the salmon and scallop bits so hard that I couldn’t eat it.
I told the cashier that the noodles were bad and could I get a refund or replacement. Her attitude was dismissive; her response was basically, “you ordered this,” and she insisted that because we had said “no receipt” initially, she couldn’t give us a refund. After I threw out my bowl in the trash, she came back and said that “normalmente” they make the noodles fresh and did I want fresh noodles? I said yes. The replacement was better than the premade version in that the noodles were firmer, but the whole soup was barely edible and the seafood itself was all rock hard. This all would not have bothered me as much had the signs all over the place not said “FRESH Japanese food.” Nothing here is fresh. (The gyoza we ordered got spit out of an ancient looking heating machine and the seaweed salad is full of sugar.) This is a rip-off and a poor choice for any visitor who is hoping for even supermarket quality and service.
Final note: I have never left a review of less than 3 stars! And I have stayed 2-3 times at Yotels in New York, so I’m not averse to this business.

Went here yesterday to eat something before our flight. I was trying to ask the waitress if she had a certain dish on the conveyor belt as I couldn’t see it, as she’s asking the “chef” he’s shouting “you don’t need to order anything everything is in front of you!” “All there!” I’m not close to him he’s shouting across the restaurant for everyone to hear. I said I explained to the lady I can’t see Yasai the vegan sushi that’s why I’m asking. And she asked the chef and he shouted “we don’t have! Everything in front of you!” I then questioned the avocado sushi again got shouted at because they don’t have it and everything is in front of me. I then pointed to the menu to ask about my son’s allergies. As he saw me pointed to the menu he continued to shout to tell me I don’t need to ask before he had even let me ask.
Complete lack of responsibility, unprofessional and the worse service we came across while in Paris.
To top the experience off when the waitress came over I asked if I could pay the bill. She told me to come to the counter. She told me the cost and pointed to the card machine. As me and my son left, she shouted that I hadn’t paid for something, they’d missed the dish off that I had ordered with them and were questioning why I hadn’t paid it, even though they never asked me how many dishes I’d had and it was the waitress who’d miss calculated.

Read moreHahaha I just sat here with my family. Was hoping to eat some nice sushi... Well, first of all, You pick your sushi from a refrigerator and pay at the cashier. It looks like a classic Japanese sushi restaurant, but it's not. I have so many things to say about the place, but I don't have energy to say it all, but I will add some comments. First of all the staff is extremely unprofessional. They call each other from the cashier to the kitchen all the time. Every tome everyone eating turn and look etc. Then the two chefs making the sushi in the middle chat extremely high and act like this is some kind of soup kitchen out on the road. Secondly I would not recommend the food to anyone. It's not good at all. Taste like it had been in that refrigerator all day or even longer. I also watched when the staff in the kitchen preparef the food. They opened frozen bags of this and that and just put outside on the bench to defrost or whatever. Would be nice to see someone cut a piece of fish or whatever, but everything is ore made. Anyway this is a fast food restaurant and not a Japanese restaurant like they claim it to be. Go somewhere else if you are at the airport. This is just not good enough. The canned beer in a paper mug was...
