I asked for a medium latte but the guy served me in the smaller cup, when ask to change it for a big one,he refused.. Thanks to the other staff lady I was able to change it but the guy came back and charged me €2,70 more.. I ended up paying €8.10 for a latte and still medium not even a large one . What a fraud! .. The guy was unfriendly and not willing to help.. He was so rude...i never pay so much for a coffee .. Not even in my hometown (London)!! Extremely racist and rude experience. One of the guys there told us it was halal. Went back to get my family so we could order. When I came back one of the customers told us that he overheard the staff joking around that he lied to us about the food being halal and that he doesn’t care if he lied. When confronting the staff, he said he doesn’t know if it’s halal and that we can do whatever we want. Ruined our last day in Paris. He then argued with the customer That told us the truth. A lovely young lady was very kind as to make me a coffee even though she had already started closing up and cleaning machines. I had delayed flight and was in dire need of coffee at 11pm. She hesitated first and then was so gracious and said OK no problem I can make you an Americano, which was very welcome. And rather than make it grumpily she smiled and was so kind in her approach.
