Ordered the diavolo calzone which was tasty but a bit charred at the edges for my liking.

Waitress, who was French, was very friendly and had truly excellent English as well as a good memory for whether patrons spoke either English or French.

The restaurant became quite busy and it seemed that they only had her as the primary waitress. She did do a phenomenal job remaining attentive to the guests but it was quite difficult to have a conversation.

Ich war vor Kurzem zum ersten Mal bei La Storia in Metz – und ich muss sagen: Ich bin absolut begeistert! Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants spürt man die angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, fast wie bei Freunden zu Hause.

Der Service war wirklich erstklassig: freundlich, aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Trotz eines gut gefüllten Lokals wurden wir schnell bedient, und das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und herzlich. Besonders schön fand ich, dass auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen wurde – ein echtes Plus!

Das Essen war ein absoluter Traum. Ich hatte eine Pizza Diavola – wunderbar knuspriger Boden, perfekt gewürzt und großzügig belegt. Meine Begleitung wählte eine frische Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten, und auch die war einfach fantastisch. Alles schmeckte frisch, hausgemacht und mit Leidenschaft zubereitet. Als Dessert gönnten wir uns ein Tiramisu – leicht, cremig und einfach himmlisch.

Die Weinauswahl war ebenfalls sehr gut – unser Kellner empfahl uns einen passenden italienischen Rotwein, der perfekt zum Essen passte. Die Preise sind für die Qualität absolut angemessen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier einfach.

La Storia ist für mich eine klare Empfehlung – ob für ein romantisches Dinner, ein Treffen mit Freunden oder einen entspannten Abend mit gutem Essen. Ich komme...

Very rude. Was told we have to leave because they didn't have space. Didn't even bother trying to put two tables together. If I could give 0 stars I would.
