What a great surprise!! The food was simply excellent with coherence of quality across the entire meal journey. This restaurant is a clear evidence that we do not need to visit a Michelin starred restaurant to enjoy quality food. We entered the place at 7:00pm and it was almost empty but in just one hour it ended up fully packed! Good wine list with some interesting bottles. Staff, nice and efficient even if a bit overwhelmed when the restaurant is full. That said you don’t notice this. If around in Metz give this restaurant a chance: you will not be disappointed. This was our first and best meal in Metz! I chose the €48 set menu - Mini seasonal soup, 1 starter (duck autumn salad), 1 main (deer steak), cheese plate (3 soft cheese, 1 semi-hard, and 2 small jams), and dessert (apple cake). Creative cuisine in the center of Metz. The Chef developed a great concept of using local products for his meals. They have a list of main producers, where they buy ingredients and drinks.
