Oh I enjoyed their food, very delicious 🤤 and filling🥰. The portions are generous and as a beef** lover myself, I was very happy. I enjoyed the stroganoff beef with glass of champagne. I really wanted to try their dessert but I was so full. The lovely Veronica was so sweet and patient with me considering I don’t speak French. Her English is pretty 😊 good. J'ai malheureusement été très déçu de ma visite au restaurant Stroganoff. Le plat de saumon que j'avais commandé n'était clairement pas frais – il avait une odeur désagréable et semblait avarié. J'en ai informé poliment le personnel de service, mais ma remarque a été rejetée de manière impolie, avec un simple « Non, ce n'est pas vrai ».

Un tel comportement envers les clients est pour moi inacceptable. Vu les prix pratiqués, je m'attends non seulement à des produits frais, mais aussi à un service respectueux et professionnel. Malheureusement, j'ai été déçu sur les deux points. Je ne peux donc pas recommander ce restaurant.

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch im Restaurant Stroganoff. Das Lachsgericht, das ich bestellt hatte, war eindeutig nicht frisch – es roch unangenehm und wirkte verdorben. Ich habe das höflich dem Servicepersonal mitgeteilt, aber anstatt Verständnis zu zeigen, wurde meine Rückmeldung unfreundlich abgetan mit den Worten „Nein, das stimmt nicht“. So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist für mich inakzeptabel.

Bei den aufgerufenen Preisen erwarte ich nicht nur frische Zutaten, sondern auch einen respektvollen und professionellen Umgang mit Kritik. Leider wurde ich in beidem enttäuscht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant daher...
