We asked if the tapas were per person or meant to share. He said per person, so since there were two of us, we ordered two of everything. We ended up with ridiculously large portions that were clearly meant to share. But what are two people supposed to do with two gigantic bowls of anchovies and eggplant dip, which would be too much even for four people? As a waiter, you’d think he would realize this isnt normal? Even after we double-checked, he still served us this. It made no sense at all. If you try to say something about it, they don’t understand you and just walk away. Frustrating. The tuna tartare was really bad, the service was rushed and uninterested. The atmosphere was nice, but the food was a disgrace....
Read moreWe were at Uzès for visiting this beautiful medieval old town. We dropped by terroirs for a coffee, cakes and some drink because other bar didn’t pay any attention to us. We asked The young Barman who took care of us and provided the best service to us. He prepared the baby chair for our daughter and paid a lot of attention to our request. We were surprised for this kind of quality French service but it exists and we still can find good people with professional behavior in France. We love this restaurant/bar for quality of drink/chocolate waffles as well as food. Happy to finish our week end...

Ordered a tartine that was priced very reasonably. Tartine had chive creme fraiche with roasted sliced potatoes and melted raclette cheese, all topped with a generously huge slice of prosciutto. Simple ingredients but a fulfilling combination.
Service was attentive despite me being a tourist. I felt included and noticed.
