One star for the friendly staff One star for the inventive menu, which had potential One star for the good wine-by-the-glass

But that is all it gets. We were so excited based on the great reviews/ overall rating and the lovely outdoor space, but the food itself just didn't deliver. The asparagus was stringy on the ends. The fish was improperly cleaned: the skin still had scales and there were lots of bones and there was a sizeable piece of gristle in the meat.

Subtle and delicate flavours and textures. Quality ingredents that come together in intriguing tet harmonized pairings. Lovely wine and warm service. A wonderful accident having stumbled upon this place. Would return to Nîmes even if just to eat...
