Dakoo — Restaurant in Nantes

I’m currently spending three months in London and took a trip to Nantes to meet friends. While I’ve tried various famous Korean restaurants in London (a really big city!), I can confidently say that Dakoo outshines them all. Their Bibimbap, a staple Korean dish, surpasses any version I’ve had in Seoul. I was amazed at how authentic the flavors were—especially the vegetable sauce, which tasted just like my Korean grandmother’s.

Its sad because Koreans are also doing very nice "karage" Style chicken...like the japanese one. .

Le personnel est très cool, cependant niveau cuisine pour 18€50 par personne bah ..... On s'attendait à plus on a commandé deux DAK qui étaient assez maigre en proportions , le riz était collant mais assez simple le chou blanc était compliqué à saisir avec des baguettes et était peu voir pas assaisonné (après c'est coréen donc j'imagine que les coréen ne travaillent pas leurs choux blanc). Par contre le corn dog là c'est abusé... je demande TRÈS PEU DE SUCRE en mode une pincée juste histoire de faire un salé sucré sympa ils me l'ont rouler dans le sucre ce qui a donné un truc trop sucré pour moi ! La saucisse .... Bon c'est une knack alsacienne mais genre ... Ça ressemble à 1/4 ou 1/3 d'une saucisse ... Moi qui croyais qu'un corndog = une saucisse entière et un corn dog mozza une saucisse entière avec de la mozzarella autour bah non pas du tout grosse déception pour le prix (5€50 pour 1 CORN DOG) c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est . J'aime bien dire quand c'est mauvais mais faut dire aussi quand quelque chose est bon le seul truc que j'ai trouvé bon ça a été le poulet à sauce RED du DAK ça c'était bon et original. Mais le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas là pour presque 20 balle/personne on s'attend à plus de travail. Mais bon pas cool quand un client demande "peu de sucre sur le corn dog' et que vous lui en mettez à balle faut pas...
